About Monique Lucas

             

Monique Lucas is a designer, working across interiors and homewares. Her work has been featured in the leading home and design magazines, including The Sunday Times Home, Country and Town House, and House and Garden. She began her design career in Los Angeles, working in West Hollywood for a design group and on installs for properties throughout California.

During Covid, she returned home to the Isle of Wight, UK, where she began focusing on creating homewares that mirrored the sense of comfort she felt when returning home. 

Inspired by the island’s coastal landscape and surroundings, her homeware range @moniquelucashome featured bespoke hand-drawn prints made in the UK. She was commissioned for works alongside her own collections, for businesses such as The Isle of Wight Tomato Stall and The Round Hill Estate.

She now works between London and The Isle of Wight, engaging in projects that focus on her natural flair for design throughout the home.
